Master Services Agreement Terms and Conditions
Our Master Services Agreement (MSA) Terms and Conditions cover all of our ongoing services programs. Some of the typical services covered by the MSA are:
A Managed Service - remote monitoring and maintenance along with a help-desk for end-user support.
A Preventative Maintenance Service - periodic remote monitoring and patch updates.
A Software Subscription Service - EG WebRoot End Point Protection or Microsoft Office 365
Infrastructure as a Service - Public Cloud (AWS, Azure Google) or DGSG's own Cloud:Now platform
